Mi lascia perplesso il latte anche perchè ultimamente, da studi fatti sull'alimentazione, si sono trovati più effetti malefici che benefici sull'utilizzo del latte.

Permettimi di fare una considerazone.
Il primo link che hai messo dice:
"Circolano notizie che demonizzano questo alimento prive di ogni fondamento scientifico"
Se leggi "The China Study", Colin Campbell, forse il più grande nutrizionista americano, ha fatto uno studio della durata di 35 ANNI!!! Altro che prive di ogni fondamento scientifico.

Dai suoi studi
"I dati pubblicati indicano che le proteine animali favoriscono la crescita dei tumori. Le proteine animali aumentano i livelli di un ormone, l'IGF-1, che è un fattore di rischio tumorale e le diete ricche di caseina (la proteina principale del latte vaccino) permettono l'ingresso di un maggior numero di carcinogeni nelle cellule, il che a sua volta consente a una maggior quantità di prodotti cancerogeni di legarsi al DNA; questo permette più reazioni mutageniche che danno origine a cellule cancerose, cosa che a sua volta consente una crescita più rapida dei tumori una volta avvenuta l'iniziazione."


In alcuni bambini il latte vaccino non viene digerito completamente e piccole catene di amminoacidi o frammenti delle proteine originarie rimangono nell'intestino; questi frammenti proteici non completamente digeriti possono essere assorbiti nel sangue; il sistema immunitario riconosce i frammenti come invasori stranieri e sì accinge a distruggerli; purtroppo alcuni frammenti sono esattamente identici alle cellule del pancreas responsabili della produzione di insulina; il sistema immunitario perde la sua capacità di distinguere fra i frammenti proteici del latte vaccino e le cellule pancreatiche e li distrugge entrambi, sopprimendo così la capacità del bambino di produrre insulina; il bambino diventa un diabetico di tipo 1, e rimane tale per il resto della vita.

poi bisogna capire cosa si intende per "diete ricche in caseina": un bicchiere di latte al giorno? o un litro di latte e tanto formaggio?

in "alcuni bambini": quanti?

Si faceva così per chicchierare.
Comunque io lessi quel libro consigliato da una vegana convinta e ne sono rimasto sorpreso.
Premetto, io non sono vegano, ma mangio poca carne (perchè non ne vado matto), e comunque mangio il pesce (il vegano invece non mangia niente che sia di origine animale).
Quello che mi ha sorpreso dello studio è che Campell è nato nella campagna della Virginia da genitori contadini che allevavano bestiame da carne, da latte ed inoltre avevano produzione di uova.
Per cui cresciuto non già con preconcetti, ma anzi il contrario.
Ed un' altra cosa che mi ha sorpreso, forse maggiormente è che essendo un vegano convinto naturalmente demonizza l'uso della carne, ma dai suoi studi sembra che comunque fanno peggio i latticini (soprattutto di vacca, mentre molto meno quelli di capra) alla carne.
Tutto qua.
Io poi la carne, anche se moderatamente, continuo a mangiarla, come anche dei pezzi di formaggio, mentre ho eliminato il latte (che comunque mi dava problemi alla mattina) sostituendolo con il latte di soia.

In generale, quando c'é una ricerca che dice qualche cosa, bisogna sempre fare attenzione a quello che si legge e soprattutto al contesto.

Questo articolo puó aiutare a comprenderne i meccanismi.

È comunque arcinoto che per un rapido recupero sia indispensabile fornire all'organismo tutte le sostanze utilizzate durante l'ettivitá fisica e non piú disponibili.
Liquidi, carboidrati, proteine, grassi, sali minerali e vitamine, nelle quantitá necessarie a ristabilire i valori corretti all'interno dell'organismo e dipendentemente quindi, dal tipo di attivitá fisica che si é svolta.

Non é mai sbagliato fare un pasto abbondante dopo l'attivitá fisica (ovviamente senza esagerare) tanto si é a riposo ed il fisico puó dedicarsi interamente al recupero e reintegro delle risorse.

Se poi si é ecceduto nell'attivitá fisica allora subentrano altri problemi (usura fisica) e la sola alimentazione non sará sufficiente ma occorrerá aiutare il fisico con massaggi, crioterapia, etc etc.

...nel senso che NON ESISTE UNO STUDIO SCIENTIFICO PUBBLICATO che dimostri che una dieta iperprotica sia dannosa ad una persona sana.

È vero, infatti mia nonna che mangiava sempre molta carne, in particolare la cruda in insalata, é morta a 99 anni e 6 mesi !!!!

Comunque ho capito il mio improvviso problema. Tutto causato da eccessivo stress lavorativo. I muscoli erano induriti. Infatti oggi domenica non ho avuto problemi (ennesima scoppola presa da Frank).
Questa settimana non giochero` finche` non salvero` la situazione.
